A soft knit sleeve sits between the cold and your skin. It holds the pack in place and washes like anything else.

01 — Sleeve first
Slide the cold pack into the knit sleeve before use. The sleeve takes the edge off the cold and helps it stay put.
02 — Set in place
Place the sleeved pack inside the front waistband of your shorts or towel. It should sit flat and stay covered.
03 — Sauna as usual
Use it during your session, then remove it when you're done. Wash the sleeve as needed.
